What we coach

We come to you, anywhere across the SF Bay Area, and sit down somewhere private in your home. It is the same fifty-five minutes with the same coach each week, without the drive on your side.
By video
You join from wherever you are in California, on your phone or a laptop, with a link we send you. The format is the same as in person, and it fits the weeks when a visit does not.

Where do you work?
Santa Cruz County is home. At your home we travel across the SF Bay Area, and by video we work with people anywhere in California.
What is the difference between a home session and a video session?
Same coach, same fifty-five minutes, same method. At your home is $180 a session and by video is $130. Most people pick the one that fits the week, and some alternate.
Do I have to commit to a block?
No. You can pay by the single session. A block of four, eight or twelve costs less per session, and you can pay for it up front.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, a working conversation about how you operate, and it does not address a diagnosable condition. If something you bring up needs a clinician, we say so plainly.
